@richdecibels If there was a Tumblr for "inappropriate use of hashtags" (which there should be) then that org chart would go on it.
Also, stability at work is underrated - one of the big issues with productivity these days is constant chopping and changing and rearranging by management who have little else to do and need to justify their existence somehow. Just let people get on with their jobs and stop rearranging them!
