Turns out I had a haunting !mydream this morning! Turns out the guy I played looked like Colin Morgan, although he never said his name during the haunting.
I just remember entering a house although I didn't realise it was an old haunted house to start with. Then there seemed like some kind of party ongoing, and I bumped into different people... one of them the blonde hostess who helped me into this room where she made me some tea while I waited in this room.
Honestly, it was so revolting... especially after hearing a guy mention how there were added ingredients, and she couldn't even get proper milk. Ended up puking it out. I didn't know then but it had been poisoned.
But something seemed really off about the place, and then I kept asking if I could help... I was trying to figure out which ghost needed my help. Then the house lit up, the more that I neared a wall... the light flickered rapidly until I noticed a woman with red hair pulling a corpse out of the wall which fell a part on her. I could sense that the corpse was the good spirit that wasn't causing the haunting. Which meant a spirit was still out there....
-
Well, it turns out the corpse was actually the remains of a young woman with pretty blonde hair. She was the youngest of three sisters, the first to be murdered. She told me that she just wanted her story to be told... and I told her that I would ensure her story was told and that she would be buried. Her middle-aged sister was the redhead trying to revive her but she didn't want that... her older sister who was playing hostess entered the room. Talking about them living forever if she could choose a body for herself. But it was rejected.
The hostess turned against me, but then the victims that had wandered in surrounded us as I called upon their help. At this point, my eyes were the colour of light... they blocked the path and led her closer to her sister instead who tried to convince her to make peace. From what they were saying, I deducted there was more to this story, especially because they didn't seem like the evil spirit presence I felt... and that was when their mother turned up.
The hostess explained that they had been poisoned and hacked up, and put into the wall. But her mother tried to make it out that the hostess had been jealous of her little sister, she had an amazing singing ability which was never realised due to her murder. But I quickly dismissed this... because it turns out that their mother had been poisoning the youngest, and then she murdered her other sisters before burying them in the wall and killing herself.

I asked where they buried her body, and it turned out that the hostess knew she wanted to be buried in the wall behind a big painting. The mother was outraged while the good spirits victimised had opened it up to reveal the truth, and then the older ones with more experience pulled her body out and dumped it into the fireplace before burning it. As the mother was burning, I moved towards her and placed a finger on her forehead and told her to make peace. She was gone.
Then the youngest sister pulled her sisters out of the bodies they had been inhabiting, and told them to make peace after assuring what I would do... and they also left. I called the police and ambulance up, after the good spirits told me they had been buried in the cellar and then I told an incredulous police officer everything I knew when they arrived on the scene.
I thought I had managed to save two young women, because they still had their bodies which had been possessed... but after a conversation where I told them where they would be welcomed, it became apparent that they weren't the original inhabitants. They didn't make peace, one of them was glowing like an evil spirit... and she was the one using the hostess's body... she ran at the door, only to be forced into a peace. She didn't make it, and that was when I knew there was more...

Whilst I was in the house, there was no one else. I couldn't save anyone because they had long been dead. There were no survivors in the cellar... all those people I had met that day were illusions, designed to get me away from the house and keep me safe. I believed my eyes at that time. Sometimes your efforts are futile... because the women of those bodies decided to make peace instead.
I returned to the house later one night after ensuring the investigation had been successful into what happened, and had written about what I knew and reported it to a local newspaper. I can't remember which I did first but I ended up close to the family grave site. There was the benevolent father there. He confirmed my story, that he was the one that built the house long ago with his own hands and thus his spirit had infused with it. He tried to save people, made them get lost in the woods before a search party found them. To keep them from the house and his family. Now he didn't need to do this.
He had buried his wife's burned bones in a grave with his own. Then he walked up to the house, and set it alight before me as he made his own peace and I left it burning. I thought it was poignant... how the benevolent father watched out for them all even in death. Now it was time for me to move on... and I leave to my car.

@mangeurdenuage Yeah. Also gruesome if you saw the corpse. Almost like it was still decaying. Parts of it fell a part, then the spirit appeared in ghost-form.
