PasswordBot@miramarco I manage this problem organizing ppl in lists: i categorised them by various criteria...for example i have a list with ppl i care to read everyday, a list with news accounts, and so on...
e.g. in the weekends or those days i'm not always online i mainly read the 1st list and maybe just scroll a bit the latest TL posts...
