      Is muscle mass taken into account for that percentage ?
      Because for example the bmi tells me that I'm in morbid obesity but when you take into account muscle mass I'm simply into obesity.

        @mangeurdenuage I think this is more about body fat itself than bmi. Also, this is for females... I'm not sure what males should be at. It basically implies that whatever height you are as a woman, they recommend your fat be around 20 to 21 of your weight.

          I'd ask a doctor for that. Otherwise it depends, for me when you add my height and muscle mass 75~80kg is ideal, I was at my peak last time I weighted like that, I remember being able to do 80km of mountain bicycle and still being able to do a few hikes after that and swim. I wish my leg went better.
