แทกโนมันซี@ieure once I had to write some code in golang and it was awful and I got so frustrated that over the weekend I embedded https://github.com/Shopify/go-lua into the codebase on a branch, ported all the code I had been writing to Lua, saw a 40% reduction in code volume, and never merged the branch nor spoke of it again.
it was very therapeutic.
