I'm seeing the fear about the upcoming LGBT rights cases in the Supreme Court go around again. I have not seen the misinformation that was going around before, but in case it pops up again:
- The current state of the law as it is currently enforced is no federal rights for LGBT people and dress codes can be sex-differentiated.
- The cases /may/ open up expanded legal protections through rational reinterpretations of current law.
