Get coins from fiat on centralized exchange. Transfer to non-custodial "tainted" wallet, run through a coin tumbler, collect squeaky clean crypto on an untainted wallet. Make sure to never link the untainted wallet to your identity, or redo if there's ever a chance it's been linked. Once in a while switch addresses and rerun your coins through a tumbler, just in case you didn't unknowingly link your wallet to your identity, or that fancy analytics didn't manage to id you even without any glaring mistake.
