So far, opinions...
- Hardware feels rugged and very well built.
- Badusb implementation; it works but there are some very arbitrary bugs that should have been ironed out before. It can see ducky scripts in subfolders but cannot run them somehow, they need to be at root of badusb folder.
- Could test capturing RFID fairly easily, but I don't have hardware to test emulating it right now. Will try it out next time I have access to such equipment
- Infrared works, but then, that's trivial
- Cannot write apps for it without recompiling the firmware; this is very wtf. They advertised Arduino IDE/PlatformIO compatibility and that'd nowhere to be seen for now.
- No way to transfer files to and from it without the software or an SD card reader; really, it shouldn't be too much to ask to have a mass storage mode, even if it's just to the SD card. If it's not possible while running, I don't care if the mass storage mode is a different boot mode, I just think it should be there. Their computer software is only compiled for x86_64 and a mass storage mode would make it compatible for a lot more functions with basically every computer.
So in all, lots of promise, and the hardware seems to be there to support that, but the software needs work.
