@ericxdu23 Yes, that is a different type of mat. In some super lab situations there is a floor mat, a work surface mat, and even shoes that conduct static away.

This is the work surface type. Top is anti-static, bottom is conductive (and tied to a ground point.) There are snaps and attachment points to ground yourself or other equipment.

This one is also heat resistant for the soldering & hot air work.

@perloid @pokey Fair enough. As a lefty I've learned to write at an extreme angle to keep my palm from dragging through the ink.

This has carried on to my use of a mouse. I use a right handed mouse, in the left hand, at quite an angle to keep my left pointer finger on the #1 button.

@pokey @perloid I am a lefty. With fine motor skills. But, I want to throw/hit things with my right.

@beni The red truck is gone. Bucket was from 1977. The bucket company is no more. Can't get parts. Its been being held together with duct tape and bailing twine for 20yrs. I hear the bucket was scrapped and the truck sold to the junk yard that scrapped it to use as a service vehicle.

I'm in a (newer, ~10yrs old) white bucket now. ;)
