We're doing a Polska thing tonight. (Don't know if the veg part counts. But, it's what we have around.) We will need some mustard.

Let's see if something 'summer-y' will encourage the warm weather.
@theru The thing was always covered in mud. I actually came out of the woods and onto the bike path once covered. A road bike guy went by and laughed. :P
Hey, to each their own. ;)
The thing got the hose in the driveway after a ride. And a proper cleaning/lube every month or so.
@theru Are you implying I would let my mountain bike get muddy!
:P
It wasn't a big deal. Look at the pic I just put up. The chain can snake through that blue thing with a bit of dish soap and water in it. Then you back peddle the crank and little brush's spin and clean things.
After the chain is clean and dry, put the wax based lube on (it'll be wet. After it dries, your set. A lubed chain that is also clean.
@pla1 @theru a chain cleaner (with soapy water) and this stuff is what I used. Look at the state of that chain! Oo
@pla1 I don't think you can mix and match them. But, next time you get a new chain, you can try them.
Wax based is all my Ellsworth ever had on it.
Note to self: Its spring! Get your bike tuned up!
@theru @pla1 Or a wax based chain lube. That is what I use.
(Be quiet Bill, I bet your chain is rusty ATM.) Oo
@tpheine @theru Green it is! (The walls of this room are a green/gray. The rug is shades of green. Should work.)
I'll put up a pic.
@ericxdu23 I've never used one. Maybe I've been lucky as well.
But, I realized while trying to repair a faulty Fluke 87-3 I had a perfectly working Fluke 83-3 apart to get some reference voltages from. I could zap that one and end up with 2 door stops.
I figure a mat can't hurt.
@tpheine @theru I might throw you both off. I have a green (high temp) one in the cart. I'll think about it over night.
@theru Or have all the colors. (Man, you'd end up with a headache trying to find your parts on this thing!)
@theru :P
@theru Ah the different colors are different types. Hight temp, single layer (harder surface), three layer (softer surface), etc...
@theru Yep, I'm leaning toward the dark blue or the dark gray.
@theru I'm finding there are more. Light blue, dark blue, light gray, dark gray, black, beige, green. Probably more...
/me peruses ESD mats
...hmm, blue or grey
