I really wish that people didn't assume and feel like they are bothering others by reaching out for support and help. By talking about the problems they have. How did we reach this point when people are reluctant because they view it as burdening those around them? I see it quite a bit on fedi, from people who have real problems that go unheard. They lack that support, and have been taught/feel like they can't reach out to others about those. I really hope that I can be someone that defies this perspective. That can provide a counter to this belief.

@1iceloops123 Why do you have to make this about veggies? I'm talking about the abuse done towards animals like being kicked and smacked about. Being crammed into a small space compared to number of animals there, overdosed on drugs that cause them to become so fat they can't move about or the legs break. They are left in pain. Goodness knows what they get fed, and whether that is actually healthy for human consumption.

It's one thing to eat animals, and quite another for them to be needlessly abused in the process. That is hardly respectful.

It's very unlikely that I would attend a fedi meetup... it's just not suited to me. I might agree to meet up with one or two people separately though. But not a group. Groups are scary. Lol.

This is basically a nightmare for me.

!mydream featured a fedi meetup at this big house that was a hotel. It was hard for me to follow who was who because I kept getting up late and missing people. LOL.
Also, for some reason... I think it was lain who ended up having a full beard. And I remember thinking about Augustus shitposting and Bricky was around. But I don't recall anyone else or what they looked like. :')
