   They made a bread bun that looks like a baked potato and is stuffed with mashed potato! 😲

   It's actually very good.

   I felt betrayed, fascinated and impressed within the span of five seconds.

   Kid was winning but hasn't learned the endgame, so it turned into a stalemate.

     @Jason_Dodd If you like robots and mass murder plots I can highly recommend Murder Drones. It's a bit high on itself and tries to be mysterious and deep, but it's also quite fun and exciting.

     The fan base is beyond delightful from what I've seen, warm and creative people.

   Reverse #insomnia psychology? No, it's just a banger and the power chords push the right receptors in my aural system.

   Tubular Bells III, in particular Far Above The Clouds, works really well too, because it just makes me happy and excited.

   I'm sure part of the reason why the second factor authentication app previously named InWebo changed name to TrustBuilder and changed to a blue icon was that people kept sarcastically calling it WeChat, and with the green icon it even looked a bit like WeChat.

      @Brad Koehn ☑️ Ah, I see. At the moment, they have LLM growing pains. Not because they're using it, but because it's directly and adversely impacting their publishing business.

      They are mounting a legal defense against intellectual property infringement, but if it ends up bearing fruit, it will be very delayed while the harm has already been done.

      @A Sweet Gentleman It's a tough dilemma, in an ever-expanding economy, you never expect your business to contract three years in a row. Publishing may even be one of the businesses best prepared for ebbs and flows because of the nature of book releases, but it just isn't enough to account for the negative paradigm change introduced by LLM systems.

The artistic direction is stellar between the subverted theme by the cute art style and the music, but this combo roguelike/survival village ended up doing both poorly for me, with fights often unreadable and a cult management that felt like a chore.

However later own the line I ended up disappointed it didn’t hold up to its own motto (Freedom, Equality, Fraternity) and its self appointment as a beacon for the Lumières philosophy.

    Aargh, trying to find a blog post from 10–20 years ago where the title goes something like "You can never tell anyone anything" or "People can't be told anything" about how difficult it is to communicate truly new ideas to people unless they've encountered the same issues you have and already sort of agree with you and you're just providing the last piece of the puzzle.

    Uhhh flake8 is consistently segfaulting in one of our ~20 python CI pipelines as of yesterday or today.

    It is the most trivial project we have, and the code hasn't been touched since October.
