Ubuntu: How To Free Up Port 53, Used By systemd-resolved
      from Linux Uprising Blog
Ubuntu has systemd-resolved listening on port 53 by default. In case you want to run your own DNS server, you can't because port 53 is already in use, so you'll get an error similar to this: "listen tcp 0.0.0.0:53: bind: address already in use". This article explains how to stop systemd-resolved from using port 53 on Ubuntu.

Testing and Fuzzing Microconference Accepted into 2020 Linux Plumbers Conference
By Elena Zannoni from Linux Plumbers Conference
The Linux Plumbers Conference (LPC) is a developer conference for the open source community. The LPC brings together the top developers working on the plumbing of Linux - kernel subsystems, core libraries, windowing systems, etc. - and gives them three days to work together on core design problems. The conference is divided into several working sessions focusing on different plumbing topics, as well as a general paper track.
