Bringing all the biome populators ("WorldGenerator"s) online. There's one more biome to pull together, then a quick check through the gemrocks to make sure they all spawn, and finally the teleporters to get you there if you reassigned the dim ID.

The only way to get this working really well is cooperation between the generator and the decorator, which for my case is *really easy*. But if I can do that... I can do soulsand crater ejecta. So this is a thing now.
