Here is an example of what I mean by a custom personalized git on Beaker.

@joeyh One option I do is upload my gits either to IPFS or Beaker Browser. I recently made my own Git repository on my own page in Beaker.

What you'd do is have an iframe of source code to see what it contains, see if you can trust it, and then a download link to the tarball.

And it would be decentralized as well.

For those who weren't aware, my mastdon.blue account seems to have stopped being accessible for some reason. So I moved instances.

This seemed to have happened with GNUSocial.de as well.

Mastodon.blue decided to out and out die, without as much as sending me an email that the instance was going to shut down.
