@Johnny_of_the_swamp it’s a little rough at first as your body adapts, but then it becomes really easy.

The human body is actually designed to handle both feasting and fasting. We’ve just forgotten about the fasting part and are eating at a continual smorgasbord of frankenfood. Meanwhile, we’re getting fatter and sicker while industry is happy to sell us stuff to make us better.

Too much money being made off keeping people sick. I’m happy to do my part to starve that disease-ridden machine.

@ChrisWilson it all beats the alternative, that’s for sure.

While I’ve had plenty of scale victories, today’s non-scale victory is being able to put on my pants with the 44 inch waist and have them be comfortable. At my worst, I was 54 inches.

That and I punched another hole in my belt. Gonna need a new wardrobe soon.
