Because of Yom Kippur, Check Point (my employer) had to announce on the quarterly investor call that the End of Quarter was going to be a few days earlier this year (first time it’s happened). Our CEO explained the phenomenon to the investors, who I don’t think got it, given that the stock went down that day.
