@hope @dansup @pixelfed @zinat Pixelfed is something more like instagram while anfora targets to be a platform like 500px or flickr without missing the act of 'sharing with my friends' that other SN do, my idea with anfora is that you can get the most if you are a professional but you can be someone normal sharing good shots

Ok, there is a couple of bugs that I need to fix but they are 'tolerable things'. My plan is to publish a public test server so you can create accounts this weekend, so I can fix possible bugs as soon as possible. Federation should work by this weekend (at least I hope so, basic functionality between servers seems to work). Stay tuned and expect bugs ⌛ :mastodon: :pixelfed:

I've been doing things with federation, some work and others don't. I need to keep working but progress for me is slow... I won't surrender but I need to charge batteries (this means work on adding functionalities and not touching AP for two weeks) . At this point doing this + studies is 😅(winter is coming what means that exams are coming (sorry if I remembered that to you))

I've opened a little test instance with a small group of users. After some time where the major bugs are fixed I'll open registrations. Stay tuned :blobpeek:

Today was the "fix all the big bugs that you can find" day.

- Deleting statuses is not a problem
- Header sign is working properly (AP issue)
- The timelines on client don't have anymore a glitch on scrolling.
- The new backend seems to work properly

This weekend I've made progress with reports, comments and likes. Almost ready. The big problem is oauth2. Seems like I would need to write more code than I thought, don't know if I'll get it done to the MVP release

Esto significa que las aplicaciones que 'hablen' igual que mastodon pueden 'hablar' con nosotros. Dependiendo de como funcione la aplicación en cuestión cambiará la forma en la que se muestre el contenido, pero todos reciben el mismo contenido (imágenes + texto). This is the current status of the client and the server. I don't show notifications but they work too. The one thing to add is working comments but this will come later. I'm going with the admin UI now. At the end of the video you can see live timelines working

I want to keep you updated with my plan:

- ⌛ I want to have a running instance by the 3rd of august.

- :calculator: The client should be functional by the end of this week.

- 🚊The basics endpoints for the API are working but I need to keep adding things.

This is an optimistic plan but is what I'm trying to do.
