The fact that Liz Cheney's father engaged in harmful foreign policies (or as I'd rather put it, the fact that Liz Cheney's father is a war criminal) is not a good reason to invalidate Liz Cheney's opinion.

Anarcho-communism: because the only way still being convinced communism is not a dystopia could be made sillier is believing that world could be arrived at without a government

From saying the first thing he'll do when he enters office is defeat Donald Trump to addressing the fear of "8 more years of Donald Trump", something tells me Joe Biden's mind has some straightening out to do.

I am curious whether Inslee is actually nearsighted and needs glasses or if he wore them just to increase perceived scientific credibility.

Did Harris fucking say "Year of Our Lord"? On the topic of "what year is it", what place does affirming Christiancentrism have in the Democratic Party?

Biden stumbled in speech many times today, but that was definitely the worst.

I can't believe this healthcare debate has become so inane I'm actually liking the "can we not fight" narrative of Cory Booker.

As far as I can tell, Bennet made sure to take a good dose of Colorado weed before attending the debates.

One would guess, by the placement of advertisements, that the introduction of the candidates and the National anthem are considered as important as a segment of actual debating.

Given what the content of the debating tends to be, might as well.

Should anyone consider age for who would make a good president?

No! The ideas and the experience are what's important. The latter's correlated with age, but age is not an end consideration.

And being too old to be president is not a thing.

I'm sick of people writing about how Sanders' qualifications should be discounted for his age, particularly in non-acknowledgement of young support for Sanders.

@amsomniac I don't. I want to see the Democratic stage be a place of constructive discussion of solid ideas more than I want to see sick burns. This nation could use a little less farce in politics.

Delaney and Klobuchar are nowhere near my top picks, but I think they're producing the best-quality arguments today. My top pick, Bernie Sanders, is making better points than he made last time, but I do think his argumentation still needs work.
