Finland's president rakes memory for source of Trump remark
      from AP NEWS
HELSINKI (AP) — Finland's president isn't sure where U.S. President Donald Trump got the idea that raking is part of his country's routine for managing its substantial forests. Trump told reporters Saturday while visiting the ruins of the Northern California town where a fire killed at least 76 people that wildfires weren't a problem in Finland because crews "spend a lot of time on raking and cleaning and doing things" to clear forest floors. Finnish President Sauli Niinisto said in an interview published Sunday in the Ilta-Sanomat newspaper that he spoke briefly with Trump about forest management on Nov. 11, when they both were in Paris for Armistice Day events.

I hate it when someone says they'll be a "little" late for when the amount by which they're late causes significant inconveniences for others. Many people are incredibly unable to be considerate of others' schedules.

I generally consider Python 3 the better Python. Relegating reduce to functools, though, is gonna make this always not a completely clean cut.

Why did they use Trader Ming's for Chinese food? What is their story with "Zhou"? Was all the similarity up to here coincidence? Did they think just Chinese food should be different? Or did their marketing team literally not have a single person aware of the phonetic proximity of "Zhou" to "Joe"?

There's something I don't get about Trader Joe's. For their products more associated with certain worldly cuisines, they tend to label their products with some name similar to "Joe" in the respective language, like Trader Jose's for Mexican food, Trader Jacques' for French food and Trader Giotto's for Italian food.

When you say "all the European countries", and then later it turns out you're wrong and you mean something like "10 of the European countries", don't follow that up by correcting yourself to "all the European countries that matter".

This is an example of something Americans everywhere along the political spectrum seem to fail at fathoming as insensitive.
