I’m coming home to Canada—Canada just became the 1st nation on Earth to implement a national carbon fee & rebate policy (aka partial UBI)! Starting in 2019, it'll no longer be free to dump CO2 into the air anywhere in Canada, and that revenue will go directly to households in the form of a dividend check!
