Social coop members: If you are having a hard time understanding the need to take action on the instance to limit fascists, terfs, etc.
Do not engage a trans, queer, or otherwise marginalized person asking for explanations of terminology or to defend their feelings. They do not owe you an education, and it's emotionally taxing to have to bring every well intentioned reasonable person up to speed.
Instead, DM me and I will do my best to explain it. #socialcoop

If I want to ditch Amazon, there are dozens of guides to alternative services on the net. Is there a similar guide for switching to cooperative businesses in your daily life? I'm not turning anything up on a search of the googlebox.
