@wohali an amazing joke this pr. i actually reinstalled it again just to try this, but haha, it breaks down before you can use it of course, since poetry won't run on python 2, and refuses to installs itself in a way that calls python3 instead of "python".
and IF you think installing the beta with pip so it uses the right one, would just work,:
it still can't find the pip module
Of Course you could just change the defaults and use python3 as python and pip. but then the rest of debian breaks
- no deb package
- from their install script:
---- will use python (python2) and break
---- if piped to python3, will do the exact same thing
- from pip3:
---- cannot find pip
what's next. a venv to run the thing that manages venvs. fucking mess
poetry: the best python package/environment manager i have seen yet
also poetry: impossible to install on debian

which is why i use google because customized results are often pretty useful
basically, you know when elliot in mr robot says "the part of my brain that doesn't allow good to exits"? that's spot on. i just can't trust them.
- they're mostly as open/transparent as google
- they didn't *improve* anything. it's just a proxy that says "we don't track you, trust us". there's still a 100% opaque server. and most likely another unknown business that sees your queries and possibly tracking information. until the shortcuts okay that's decent, but it's not a privacy feature.
