Turns out #LDJAM started about an hour ago.

Normally I prepare for like a week, but I guess no warmup this time!

@kepstin I think the latest Firefox Nightly does this. I haven't seen those annoying autoplays in a while so can't comment on those, but I'd imagine they work like Youtube, which Firefox can now block from playing until you click on it.

Writing #golang is kinda weird (in a good way, I think). Like you don't have to think about the language at all. It's so simple, there isn't really any semantics to worry about.

I think I'm kinda getting the point of it now.

@kurisu I guess everyone has their priorities. As a free software communist I don't have money but I do have time to write code, so my priorities are probably the inverse of a tech lead at a company.

@kurisu I'll try full time university for a year, then get a job or continue uni if it's fun. And I guess like making games and daydreaming about making my own AP with blackjack and waifus during all that.

@kurisu IT dude for a school, I was doing my military duties through alternative civilian service so the work ended since the service days ended. It was a fun job, but no school would hire for that job if they actually had to pay for it.

Reporting live from the cold north: I am currently melting. I think I need to sit in a bucket so I don't lose any important bits while this heatwave is on. Seriously, I should be sleeping, but I can't because the only way to stay alive is a fan, and that isn't very sleep inducing.

@kurisu Oh yeah I guess it is. My work ended last month, and I've been trying to handle life without such active responsibilities for two weeks now. It's very weird having time and not having to wake up, but I also lack the spark to do things as much now. I dunno it's weird.

You know when you don't post for a while and want to post but don't know what to post and then you just don't post? Yeah me too.
