    And the sad thing is that the admins, by not taking a stand against people just wanting to do whatever, make the site less useful. I used to use goodreads to find good books, now it is mostly popular books, in the Twitter-sense of the word. And I went back to asking friends and acquainces for book recommendations (and just using Wikipedia).

    Parrots don't care about up our down. At least this one doesn't. We suspect his grandmother had a liason with a bat. Here he is hanging in the (quite expensive I might add) curtains.
