So, it's been a while since the last post of this thread, but what I saw today seems to wrap it all up.
Were it not for me starting on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure way back when w/ my son, I would've never seen it to the very end as we did today, and what's said in this scene from the finale hit me.
The pic might be a spoiler if you haven't seen it, but it seems to apply to this toot thread (at least the last 3 words do).
Welp, I just got the e-mail from my boss that there will be no school on Tuesday due to #HurricaneDorian. The superintendent made the official announcement earlier.
This is what's happening right now in the Abaco Islands, Bahamas. The eye of #HurricaneDorian is currently over this area where the reporter is transmitting from. Seeing this reminds me of the devastation caused in the Florida Keys when Hurricane Irma passed through. π’
#GoodDay and #tzag. Back from Sunday service with the boys and finished taking care of laundry chores. Now to have some lunch and start taking things down and bringing them in before #HurricaneDorian's winds pick up. My thoughts and prayers go out to those in the Bahamas currently being impacted by this storm, now at Cat 5.
We here in Miami might be spared from the worst, but these things are fickle so there's no room for a false sense of security.
@holsta So, I finally figured out the problem. My LC_CTYPE was set to en_US.UTF-8 due to an export I had in my .profile. When I changed it to "C" as it was on the ThinkPad, Tmux displayed the splits correctly. Thus, I removed that export entry from my .profile.
