Watched the movie "Paywall - The Business of Scholarship" yesterday together with colleagues and students.
One thing I'm thinking about is the kind of like *fork* Vincent Larivière and Johan Rooryck describe (from minute 48:00) for existing journals under the condition that the board supports the idea of *walking away*.
Is this a fork or does a fork always leave a group behind?

With the start of the #OAWeek today the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) released their Open Policy.
This is a great day for all colleagues and me that co-authored the policy and brought open discourses to this point at our university!
