@MG, the price is totally affordable and their stretch goals are impressive. I have other users to consider with my masto instance and fastmail account. If it was just me, I definitely would put more consideration towards me changing. I'll at least spread the word for them though :)

@clacke, that’s not so bad and I believe there are ways to share one’s story of being a parent that is still respectful to the child. I just see some examples of over sharing that really surprises me.

I don’t think people should be posting pictures and updates of their kids on social network sites, including the fediverse. They’re not old enough to consent to revoking their right to privacy.
