White people are born with certain traits or privileges, which give them immutable advantages over other races. No one must ever forget the inherent advantages of the white race.

@rice @newt @lain @eal I don't and never have worked in IT, but I have worked for free before, twice. Unpaid internships (tööpraktikad) are 100% legal. Often some crafts you study in schools require some X hours worked (usually free, sometimes paid, but damn is it impossible to find if you even dare mention "I need this for school". Better to never mention that).
But working for free is 100% bullshit, even in context of needing some hours worked to get your school quota met. Anyone who says otherwise is either uninformed/doesnt care or wants to exploit you/someone else.
If a work place tells you "oh you need to learn for 2 months first, then we'll see about hiring with pay", then it should already be a huge red flag for you. Lines like "you break more stuff than experienced workers" or "you're not bringing us money for the first (or 2) month(s)" are completely fabricated lies. If work is being done in any form, money is being made, shit is always being broken and problems need solving, doesn't matter if it's you the new hire or the 30 year worker based god.
You, as workforce, are their investment for the future, its the employer's problem if they make a mistake. Free workforce is abuse of those workers (null-risk investment for employers after all).
tl;dr : Fuck unpaid internships and ask for a raise whenever your responsibility increases.
