    One thing I don't understand is people complaining about graffiti on trains and walls but they couldn't be bothered a bit by ads being everywhere in our daily life actively and literally trying to manipulate everybody's thoughts and actions. But it's legit because that access to your brain is bought with money.

    Die Unionisten haben die Anschläge auf Charlie Hebdo in Frankreich 2015 missbraucht, um "Terrorismus" in Spanien neu zu definieren und sehr breit auszuwalzen, weshalb alles im Land der Postfaschisten nun Terrorismus sein kann, wenn es die Regierung über ihr Ministerium für Staatsanwaltschaft so will. Was in der Öffentlichkeit zunächst als Maßnahme verkauft wurde, um angeblich islamistische Einzeltäter als Terroristen greifen zu können, hat sich längst als auch von der Sozialdemokratie abgenickte Universalwaffe entpuppt.

    Es kann nun fast aus jedem Dissident ein "Terrorist" gemacht werden und sogar spanische Puppenspieler mussten dafür schon ins Gefängnis). Gegen den ersten Versuch das auch gerichtsfest zu machen, einer banale Körperverletzung als "Terrorismus" zu definieren, haben am Samstag zehntausende Menschen im baskischen Iruña (Pamplona) demonstriert. Die Stadt wurde überflutet, um "Gerechtigkeit" zu fordern. Mehr als 50.000 Menschen haben ihre Solidarität mit acht Jugendlichen gezeigt, die bis zu 62 Jahre in den Knast sollen. Auch das Parlament und die Regionalregierung Navarras hatten zum Protest aufgerufen, weshalb es die größte Demonstration gewesen sein dürfte, die Iruña bisher erlebt hat.

    Am Montag beginnt vor dem spanischen Sondergericht "Audiencia Nacional" der Prozess gegen Jugendliche aus der Kleinstadt Altsasu, für die am Nationalen Gerichtshof insgesamt 375 Haftjahre gefordert werden. Die Kleinstadt liegt auf dem Weg zwischen Iruña und der baskischen Hauptstadt Gasteiz (Vitoria) an der Grenze zwischen der Provinz Navarra und Araba.

    Sie war am frühen Morgen des 15. Oktobers Zeuge einer Auseinandersetzung zwischen zwei paramilitärischen Guardia Civil (außer Dienst) und ihren Partnerinnen mit Jugendlichen aus dem Ort. Aus einem Wortgefecht, das die Zivilgarden nach Aussagen von Zeugen (die im Prozess nicht aussagen dürfen) begonnen haben, entwickelte sich eine Prügelei am frühen Morgen des 15. Oktobers 2016 in der Bar Koxka. Dabei wurden der Offizier und der Unteroffizier leicht nach reichlich Trinksport verletzt.

    Zunächst hatte man auch in Madrid den Vorgang niedrig gehängt. Doch plötzlich gab es einen Schwenk in Madrid und Politiker der Volkspartei (PP) wollten plötzlich doch "Terrorismus" in dem Vorgang sehen und das Ministerium für Staatsanwaltschaft - also die Regierung - bezog sich plötzlich auf den neuen Strafrechtsparagraphen 573, den auch Sonderberichterstatter der UNO als "übermäßig breit ausgelegt und schwammig formuliert" kritisieren.

    Finally the project to get #Coreboot running on a #T430 (Lenovo Thinkpad) is finished: Had to compile the concurrent state of the repository and now the hybrid graphics is working and can be switched.

    Got a notebook with open-source drivers for #NVidia working and now #Hyperbola is the next to be installed. Thanks to my dad for the on-going support and the very cool idea having the bios-chip fixed with cables so the mainboard mustn't be pulled out everytime. And now we could flash this with no further problems! #Open-Source #Free-and-Libre
