      Els Sindicats de la CNT de Catalunya i Balears volem fer públic el nostre posicionament a favor de l’autodeterminació del poble català.

      Des del nostre tarannà anarcosindicalista pensem que la transformació política dintre del món capitalista no pot encabir tot el nostre anhel d’una transformació social on l’autogestió dels mitjans de producció i distribució siguin en mans de les classes treballadores. És per això que la nostra lluita quotidiana no està enfocada cap a la creació de nous estats o iniciatives parlamentàries.

      Tot i així no podem restar mirant cap a un altre costat quan les persones són atacades i represaliades per part de qualsevol Estat, que en aquest cas s’ha tret la careta per revelar el seu autèntic caràcter autoritari i post-franquista com ja havia insinuat en altres moments (reformes laborals, rescats bancaris, escàndols de corrupció, retallades en la sanitat, desnonaments… algunes de les quals recolzades pel Govern de la Generalitat).

      La CNT de Catalunya i Balears volem saludar l’actitud desobedient contra un aparell estatal dictatorial, discriminador i reaccionari i volem mostrar el més profund rebuig contra la repressió i contra qui l’exerceixi contra les treballadores i treballadors.

      Les dones i homes CNT serem uns més en defensa dels nostres veïns i veïnes si així escau, com no pot ser d’altra forma a una organització anarcosindicalista i per tant revolucionària.

      Los Sindicatos de la CNT de Catalunya-Balears queremos hacer público nuestro posicionamiento a favor del autodeterminación del pueblo catalán.

      Desde nuestro carácter anarcosindicalista pensamos que la transformación política dentro del mundo capitalista no puede contener todo nuestro anhelo de transformación social, dónde la autogestión de los medios de producción y distribución estén en manos de las clases trabajadoras. Por este motivo, nuestra lucha cotidiana no está encaminada hacia la creación de nuevos estados o iniciativas parlamentarias.

      Sin embargo no podemos mirar hacia otro  lado cuando las personas son atacadas i represaliadas por parte de cualquier estado, que en este caso se ha quitado la careta para revelar su auténtico carácter autoritario y post-franquista, como ja había insinuado en otros momentos (reformas laborales, rescates bancarios, escándalos de corrupción, recortes en sanidad, desahucios… algunos de los cuales apoyados por el gobierno de la Generalitat)

      La CNT de Catalunya-Balears saludamos la actitud desobediente contra un aparato estatal dictatorial, discriminador y reaccionario y queremos mostrar el más profundo rechazo contra la represión i contra quién la ejerce contra las trabajadoras y trabajadores.

      Las mujeres y los hombres de la CNT serán uno más si hace falta, en defensa de sus vecinos y vecinas, como no puede ser de otra forma en una organización anarcosindicalista y por lo tanto revolucionaria.

      The CNT local unions from Catalonia and the Balearic Islands publicly state our support for the self-determination of the Catalan people.

      As anarcho-syndicalists, we don’t think that political reforms within a capitalist framework can reflect our desire for social transformation, a change that would place production and consumption means in workers’ hands. Because of this, our daily struggles do not focus on creating new states or backing parliamentary initiatives.

      However, we can’t look the other way when regular people are being attacked and repressed by any state. A state that has, in this case, removed its mask and revealed itself as an authoritarian rule, the true heir of the Franco regime. This is something that could be glimpsed before through many instances, such as labour law reforms, bank bail-outs, cuts on health and education, mass evictions of out-of-work families…many of which were implemented by the Catalan government itself.

      CNT Catalonia and the Balearic greet this spirit of disobedience against a dictatorial state, a discriminatory and fascist state, and want to assert our strongest denunciation of repression against workers and of those who carry it out.

      The men and women in CNT will stand as one to defend their neighbours and townsfolks, as couldn´t be otherwise with an anarcho-syndicalist, and henceforth revolutionary, organisation.
