Yeah. It's sometimes difficult though because like even when a person knows intellectually "this is not the right audience" they can't help second guessing themselves.

@cwebber I think we're lucky; this is something that rarely ever comes up. A couple of our friends have said something (after they had kids, and I was like "hahaha misery loves company huh?" ; )

So my friend's written this epic story in this fully realized world with these characters struggling with their demons and duty in their societies and cultures and I'm like 'I thought you said there are cannibals? When do the cannibals invade?'

So tired.
