Steve Scaffidi sat down with my friend @Nicholas Sarwark former chairman of the Libertarian Party for a eye-opening conversation on the 2024 presidential campaign and his thoughts about the popularity of the two leading candidates in the race.
@**joe I had a friend who was booed out of a city council meeting recently because he dared to state that not everyone who is transgender is a groomer.
...Moscow, handed a 1,500-ruble (roughly US$16) fine to artist and photographer Inna Mosina over several Instagram posts depicting rainbow flags...the posts were published before the ruling, at a time when rainbow flags were not regarded by authorities as extremist, and her lawyer argued that a police report about her alleged wrongdoing was filed before the ruling took force. The court ordered her to pay the fine nonetheless..., a court fined a man 1,000 rubles (about US$11) for allegedly posting a rainbow flag on social media.

Ji Fu@perfect_brains Do you have any concerte examples? From everything I've seen they haven't governed differently even regarding freedom of press and firearms. Banning bump stocks, putting journalists on the terrorist watch list etc.
@Steffen K9 🐰 Yes, everything appears to be back to normal. Thanks!

Ji Fu@perfect brains I mean "the dems" didn't "steal" any particular election more than other in my lifetime. Clearly both old parties control access to the ballot in authoritarian ways in the U.S. such that regardless of which candidate "wins" there won't be any significant change attempted. If voting could actually make a meaningful difference it would be illegal.
