The article actually states " the investigations carried out to this date have not yet been able to determine the causes of the fire," said a statement from Paris prosecutor Remy Heitz.
So there happens to be a list of possibilities, (of course) and two of the items on that list are happen to be pointed out in the headline, but the list is longer then those two items.

@panda_monium I think ThreeLetterAgencies realize the plenty of people (like us) will be looking at alternate views of the truth and might try to leak a few of their own alternate views out there to cloud the real truths.
If could be the CIA is spreading this one about the FBI because it makes the FBI look bad and the terrorists look dangerous. Maybe the CIA was really doing the fun running.. or.. maybe big pharma ;-)
