Anyway, I wrote GitHub. Let's see what they do.

It's defamatory, and despite not being true in the least could put me in danger if I traveled to a country that treats this sort of accusation with legal aggression, like Germany.
I would be satisfied if GitHub contacted the owner of the repository directly and told them to remove the libelous text. Naturally they can operate their software, blacklist whoever they like; I'm not disputing that. But this specific section should be removed:
"Hosts outright neo-nazi content, admins participate in anti-semitism."
You have set precedent in the past to keep repository curators in compliance with your ToS to dissuade abuse and harassment and I would hope you would stay consistent in this stance so that we don't have to escalate this further.
