i can give some out in person, or via packages, but most of the time I have a ton left over from previous years.

Sadly, i think i'm only sending out like 2 cards this year in the mail, since everyone else I have on my list like moved.

I don't think I've flown since last christmas, and I forgot you can't bring a tube of toothpaste on a plane

And also: I really really really hate flying. I've grown to hate every single part of the process. From showing up to the airport, to the terrible security, cramped seats, and incredible flying anxiety I developed. It's incredibly unpleasant

I would totally rather fly to Kansas again and have Christmas in my shitty hometown, because that seems like the kind of low-stakes vacation I need and I know where everything is down there, and can get anywhere.

Like, I love my parents and want to visit them, because I know they miss me a lot. I just wish I didn't have to go to Alaska for it, i guess.

I dunno, I kinda hate going to Anchorage. It's hard to get around because I don't have a car. There isn't a whole lot for us to do. I'm there for like 9 days. It isn't very relaxing most of the time, because I'm with my very intense mom, and maybe a sibling to distribute the attention. It's also very cold and it gets dark fast. So most of the time is spent in my mom's small apartment.

Then there was the christmas we saw "Miss Congeniality 2" for some reason

this doesn't top when me and my siblings went to go see a movie, and our older sister got us tickets to "Over the Hedge" instead of "Tokyo Drift", which was the only other option.

@Cyannin one of my big issues is i feel like I can't spend any of my money on anything, despite having a lot in savings! I think the only way to cure this is exposure therapy, so I need to buy something
