F# if you on Windows, and want to get a job. On linux, Mac, OCaml.

clojure if you already know java well and don't mind ugly enterprise stuff. (as opposed to , academic programing stuff)

but actually i'd just recommend golang.
Golang does function programing, simpler, faster, better than haskell clojure racket etc.
