My laptop is with the it guys so they can tell me it's normal it's overheating and half of the cpu time is consumed by the stupid anti-virus. It just feels weird to sit here. Just... Like that.

@fence Technical part obviously depends on what you are testing.

Principal one is bit harder probably. Generally speaking, you probably should isolate one function or feature you want to test, test some valid cases (valid input -> expected output), all edge cases you can think of (what if the length here is 0), invalid inputs and expected failures (if a certain input should lead to certain failure, you need to test it).
