pleroma.rareome.ga, having been identified as the only known instance to promote exploiting the highly discussed bug, is now blocked from federating with chitter.xyz.

We hope that this is the only such instance, but we welcome and will investigate any further reports.

Thank you to all who have helped and shared. Unfortunately, the situation is no less dire: my friend has no spending money and continues to be hounded by the collectors. While donations thus far have indeed helped, most have gone to food and other necessities, meaning it will take a concerted push to improve things.

Once again, please spare only what you can, and regardless of how much, spread word to whomever you can think to reach.

if you live in the US remember to do the http://healthcare.gov thing by tomorrow and remember that most people don't pay anything.

if you're in a strange situation like bug where you don't have a job and aren't sure how much you'll make next year: give a lowwwww estimate and you'll most likely pay nothing to start with. then you can just report income when you get it.
