@jessmahler We call those small victories, but for me every inch is a huge win because you're noticeably stronger than you were before. It doesn't matter how much, but the fact your improving is huge motivator.
From there, it's just making sure you keep showing up.

One thing I've learned about working out and fitness is to not focus much on weight but how you feel.
Fit bodies come in all shapes and sizes and will take the form they need to take when you're committed to working out.
I'm getting more into the habit of not even checking my weight anymore and I find myself having better workouts when I just focus on what I'm supposed to be doing.
It's interesting how that works.

We already knew he was super racist. He had already said and done an entire litany of things that were obviously anti-black/brown.
The media's "sudden realization" that he's a white supremacist is an attempt to move the bar for correctly identifying someone as racist into cartoon villain territory.
His systemic attacks on PoC weren't enough for media outlets to peg him as racist, his bigoted speech wasn't enough either. Only his laughably extreme monologuing was enough.
