Hey #Fediverse. When you post pictures, please please please with puppies on top fill in that description box for the visually impaired. You will be helping us out tremendously. We want to enjoy your pictures as much as others do. You don't have to write a novel, but just fill in some details.
Thanks with much love:

This time of year, summer and fall blooms are abundant, especially when there's been some rain after weeks of dry weather.
Thanks for tolerating the bunches of blooms this week!

Weed/Wildflower Wednesday
This week: Sourgrass
This weedy plant with clover-like leaves blooms all through the summer months in spite of being cut back by mowing the lawn.
There's more crabgrass here than some will tolerate in a lawn, too.

Weed/Wildflower Wednesday
This week: Pokeweed has almost black berries later in the season which can be used to make a dye or even used to make an ink for quill pen writing.
Berries are toxic to humans but many birds eat them.Common on roadsides.

Repairing broken
Storm windows
Is summer's task.It should also be spoken
As everyone surely knows
Fix screens in winter, should you ask. -

Revised example:
I have trouble with "one-thousand and one, one-thousand-and-two". Olympic swimmers are timed to the centisecond. Milliseconds begin the low end of the time range of computers.
