    I am not convinced by the PPL myself. I prefer to stick to traditional copyleft licenses like the GPL and the AGPL.

    I already see how I could break that license: Company founds worker owned collective (i.e. 3 people) to run its operations but pays so little that there is nothing to distribute. If the collective disagrees, the company just founds and contracts a new one.
