I am someone who had to fix pretty much every end user printer driver issue on Windows you can think off. It mostly works but at minimum you need to manually fetch the driver and appropriate software from the website to do something like a print or especially a scan over wifi.

Today i needed to print something on my freshly installed Kubuntu 18.04 laptop, without me even opening the settings it had automatically found configured and installed the printer wirelessly and everything worked! :O

Ik ben vel tegen de inlichtingenwet maar vind de beslissing van de regering een prima beslissing. Zo werkt dat, draagkracht door referenda. Ongeveer de helft van de stemmers vind het prima om bespied te worden en de rest wil een gerichtere wet. Die krijgen we nu dus democratisch.

@Sir_Boops For them as an independant DNS provider i don't mind this very much, what i don't like is how the competition isn't keeping up on there service. I happily use it but if Cloudflare where to randomly suspend a site that frequently gets attacks and has certain political views they would essentially go down completely or get a massive anti-ddos bill.

@Sir_Boops And the proposed DNS stuff they are already supporting is also very cool. The fact your latency is so low is most likely because cloudflare is inside a lot of datacenters across the globe so i assume the server is literally near yours somewhere in a rack.

Dont want to give your data to google cant use 8.8.8.8? Want to use something legal cant use 4.2.2.2? Want something fast and want something that respects your privacy? Cloudflares new worlds fastest dns at 1.1.1.1 is pretty cool! :D

@angristan Remember what you did in case they ever take over.

@angristan I still love KDE, but some trivial things they manage to break from time to time. I want to switch back to linux ASAP but i am getting annoyed by the poor incompatibility with the NVidia binary blob in the current releases.
