@tek I get your point, but under what freedom validating metric is AMD going to be reliably different to Intel

    • Whats in your ear
This morning I started humming "Brainstorm" by Hawkwind, and then realised I had a vivid dream last night about seeing them play in a field somewhere.
     Currently !listening to PXR5 https://youtu.be/jCzMeKfAFdo

I wonder how much the spontaneity of my waking life is actually prefigured by dreams.

I've been dating this guy who comes round for "breakfast" on his way to work. So I have to get up 2hours early to get ready, then slip into something translucent, mess my hair up, and get back into bed.

Then when he lets himself in I can pretend to have just woken up. He's got no idea of the effort that goes in. But I do like to see him, and he does make feel so happy

@bobjonkman Hi Bob, the slides are here https://git.coop/kat/oggcamp2018
    The purpose was to
    1. Talk about the history of UK Coop Movement and the diversity, range of worker coops and also similar characteristics they may have ( and raise awareness of the Cooperative Priniciples )
    2. Think a bit about Free Software and how it's freedoms perhaps align with Coop Principles
    3. Share some information about coops.tech (UK Federation of tech worker coops

The audience was really quite apolitical and mostly your average open source geek ( you know.. making PDP/8 simulators out of RasPI's etc.. )  Which is why I wanted to raise awareness of the breadth of the coop movement.

The slides are made using reveal.js ( so if you just grab that single file slides.html from the git repo, store it locally and open it in a browser you can see them).  The slides contain basically the talk script in the reader notes.  Press "s" whilst in browser to see those. ( or just look through the markdown file  ( slides.md)

    Hope that helps.

TBH on first glance, this looks awful. Why do I need to run a docker container to manage my passwords ?

I wonder what conversion rate is on bitcoin blackmail spam. Like... the people who get it and worry, don't know how to find email headers. So I wonder how they can purchase and transfer bitcoin.
