@drb in LIS, we define junior/senior by # of years out from the LIS degree. I'm ~4 years out from my master's degree, 2.5 years into my academic appointment (did 2 years before, in a corporate library and a museum research library). Librarians at NYU are faculty, I happen to be non-tenure track faculty (continuing contract)

@drb are you junior too? I was 90% sure I was the only junior person in the room!! I'm definitely feeling it.
