I think I want to start a queer fundraising project for strays, especially in Greece, because damn if we dont currently have about 7 puppies that need homes, 3 dogs that need fixing NOW, one of them super preggers... plus about 20 grown ones that need homes.
Not to mention medication bc half of them have mange, I assume all have worms, none of them are vaccinated, etc...

Anyone have some good fundraising ideas?

This week alone, 4 dogs have been poisoned in a village near mine in Greece... and there is one that lives there, Danae, who I absolutely need to rescue from this danger. She is about 2 years old, fixed, ca 25kg, super friendly and playful.

If you know ANYONE who could either foster her or was hoping to adopt a dog: please, please get in touch with me!
I have to deal with a lot of heartbreak caring for Greek strays, but I cannot lose her. I cant take her myself, but will bring her to Germany/ Berlin.

@cjd @ccc @galaxis There is an Awareness Team who will be walking around & reachable by DECT and birbsite ( c3awareness), and who will help with conflicts and are generally able to answer questions and deal with stuff that comes up. They are good people, and last year they had the power to ban people from congress if it came to that, I expect that would be the same this year. If you run into trouble or witness it, get in touch with them :)

i'm in berlin fostering three puppies, and i've had a death in the family yesterday and need to leave - and cant take them with me.
