@rye They aren't kicking in my belly yet, and I already think fondly of them. Want to protect and nurture them. Guide and teach them to be able to navigate life for themselves, and to set boundaries when needed.

@rye Yep! But you've still got time... see if you can find a space and some time to step back into it, and then reflect on your goals. Whatever comes to mind that you want to do, see if you can create a tangible plan to enact for it.

@rye Most ideas start vague, and then you expand upon them... create the steps that make them more specific and tangible so you can achieve them.

@epsiloco Aha... definitely. I'd like to learn how to fight with a wooden stick if I need it. I like swordplay! Archery as well.
Oof. It would be good to learn how to punch and kick effectively, since these are our primary self-defence tools that we always have on us.

@guizzy Oh, definitely. Eventually, I would like to move towards contact sparring if I go down this route. But I'm not really there yet. Plus I'd like to learn how to take a beating... what I've done so far definitely takes it out on me.

@rye I hope so! It'll be great when I have children to have another friend who is a mum too. We can support each other, going out into town and things like that.

Ahh... that makes sense. It wouldn't have worked in a real fight due to how restrictive it is. I do enjoy kickboxing!
