it really feels good to do more reading recently. Today i added three more hours to my record and had several stray ideas about what i read. And i put some reading on hold until i have a better workaround on doing notes on its content.

Struktur/Übersichtszettel und dann weiter runter verlinken geht ja ohne weiteres.

Later today i meet people of the KulturHanse in Zittau. They try to do cultural and alternative (economy) projects in dependent Cities and rural areas in mostly east germany. I will try to help them push through several things over a 2 day seminar starting tomorrow.

Abgesehen davon: Ich bin "natürlich" dafür den ÖPNV wieder deutlich auszuweiten. Und z.B. das Straßenbahnnetz von Berlin bis Werder (Havel) auszuweiten, diverse Brandenburger Kleinbahnen wiederbeleben, die Brandenburger Städte besser an Berlin anzubinden (Rathenow, Lübbenau etc.). Ich wäre aber auch dafür Berlin und Brandenburg als Planungseinheit zu definieren und ggf. in ein Bundesland mit starker Gemeindeordnung zu überführen.
Und der Taz Schulungen für Recherche zu geben. So.

Definiere günstig. Soviel günstiger sind Oranienburg, Wildau, KW, Spandau und Ahrensfelde nicht mehr. Selbst bei meinen Eltern (1h von Berlin,ländlicher Raum, Zug fährt alle Stunde), kosten 70qm, teilsaniert rund 700€ Kaltmiete.

Auch ansonsten ist der Text ziemlich schlecht recherchiert und platt.

Dieser TAZ-Artikel hat doch einen wichtigen Aspekt d beschissenen Mietsituation nicht begriffen: Wenn die Mieten nicht gedeckelt werden, gibt es kaum innerstädtische Wohnungswechsel. Wenn klar ist, dass die Miete in der Wohnung nicht Ortsabhängig ist und man sie für eine gewisse Zeit sicher hat, dann wechselt man eher mal d Wohnung als an ihr krampfhaft zu beharren. Ich selbst bin so ein beispiel, ich würde meine Wohnung sofort wechseln, aber kann mich nicht finanziell verschlechtern.
