@necrosis I've used it for sending than 1GB before, there shouldn't be any size limit actually.
What was your 1GB of test data? OnionShare zips up the files before sending, so I imaging if you tried sending 1gb full of zeroes, that might compress pretty well :)

What version of macOS are you running? I think it has to do with how I'm bundling the Tor binary...
And this is very helpful. When I fix this issue I can make another dev release so you can test it then if you want.

I've been working on a new version of OnionShare with some cool new features. Would anyone like to test it out, let me know what you think and if you find bugs before I release it?

Major Winter
Illness has cleared with no apparent lingering effects. Weather still incessant cold and rain. Considering breaking camp and heading south, but would arrive in midst of hot season. Too many extremes, no comfort.
Planetary technology appears pre-fusion. Vehicles operate using fossil fuels. Some local concern about obvious climatological impacts, but leadership caste seems in (perhaps deliberate) denial. Not good for locals. Prime directive a pity. Must get offworld.

He ran a Tor exit from home. βSurveillance footage shows Bogatov and his wife leaving a supermarket four minutes before one of the posts was made on March 29. Given that the supermarket is half a kilometer from their home, it is unlikely that Bogatov could have made it home and posted online within four minutes.β

Here's the Debian Project's statement about the arrest of Dmitry Bogatov, a Debian Maintainer who worked in the Debian Haskell group and currently maintains several packages for command line and system tools.
