Why the heck are scanners so expensive?? @ A @
I need a good flatbed scanner with nice colors (and possibly an ADF). But I can’t even find a used one for a price that isn’t a hundred heckin’ dollars.

Also I looked into just buying a new fuser, but the exact part is hard to find and the only one I did find was more than the printer was worth. Yikes

Sooo my nice $300 laser printer burned itself to death yesterday :’) The fuser’s been acting weird for a while and finally it decided to just choke. I got it two years ago (warranty’s up), and it turns out Dell dropped out of the printer business earlier this year. Weeeeelp.

On the bright side, my mom’s gonna help me pay for a new printer. Woo!
